Order Processing

Once an order has entered fulfillment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping Confirmation
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the contact information associated with the order. Tracking activity may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Delivery

Multiple Packages
Items from the same order may be sent separately because of product size, warehouse availability, or fulfillment requirements. Separate tracking details may be provided.
Delivered but Not Located
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, check nearby entrances, household members, reception areas, mailrooms, and neighbors. Customers should also contact the carrier before contacting our support team.
Damaged Packages
Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packing materials, and product before discarding anything. This information may be required for review.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to local import procedures, carrier requirements, customs review, or regional restrictions. Customers are responsible for confirming that an item may be imported and used legally in their destination.
